Shipping Policy

When will I receive my order?

Delivery dates will be estimated at the time of your order but please note, delivery time frames are estimates only.

Orders ship from within the U.S. and usually take 5-7 business days to leave our warehouse. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information which will begin to update once the order is processed. Please note: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please enter a physical address for shipping.

All domestic orders should arrive in 7-14 business days from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted.

All orders outside of the US should arrive in 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. This method does not include full tracking and may incur additional fees charged by your country for imports. Orders shipping to destinations outside the United States may incur import fees and duties & taxes that are not reflected in our prices.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any additional customs fees charged by your country. If you refuse to pay the fees and the products are not returned, we will not issue a refund. If the products are returned, we will issue a refund for the products only. Shipping is non-refundable.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping prices are determined straight from the carriers and will be calculated at checkout. The cost of the shipping depends on the weight of your entire order and its destination from our warehouse.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If you don’t receive your order within 30 days of purchasing, please email us at [email protected] with your order number. We will get back to you with further information.

How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
